How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the Me tab, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything you've posted. You can also email us to ask for deletion.
How do I report a post or block someone?
Tap the ⋯ button on a reflection or prayer request, or Report under a comment, then choose Report or Block. Blocked users' posts are hidden from you right away. We review every report within 24 hours.
I'm not getting my daily reminder.
Check that notifications are allowed for SeedFaith in your iPhone's Settings, then set your reminder time again in the Me tab.
The prayer audio won't play.
Prayer audio streams from the internet. Check your connection and that your phone isn't in silent mode, then try again.
